Garlic Shrimp Scampi Linguine
Plump shrimp in white wine, garlic and lemon butter, tossed through linguine. Restaurant flavor in 25 minutes.

Method
Boil the pastaCook the linguine in well-salted water until just shy of al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
Sear the shrimpHeat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned shrimp 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink, then remove.
SauceMelt 2 tbsp butter in the pan, add the garlic and pepper flakes for 30 seconds, then the wine and lemon juice. Simmer 2 minutes.
TossAdd the pasta, shrimp, remaining butter and ½ cup pasta water. Toss until glossy. Add parsley and serve.
