Chicken Caesar Wraps
Grilled chicken, crunchy romaine and a quick garlicky Caesar dressing, rolled in a tortilla. Good hot or cold.

Tick them off as you go. Quantities are for 4 servings.
Method
Cook the chickenSeason the cutlets with salt and pepper. Cook in the oil over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side, until the center reaches 165°F. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.
DressingWhisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire and half the Parmesan until smooth.
TossToss the romaine with enough dressing to coat, and add the chicken.
WrapWarm the tortillas, spoon the filling down the middle, fold in the ends and roll tightly. Cut in half.
