Easy Banana Bread
Moist, tender and deeply banana-y. One bowl, no mixer, and a loaf in about an hour.
Ingredients

Method
HeatHeat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mix wetStir the bananas and melted butter together. Mix in the sugar, egg and vanilla.
Add drySprinkle over the baking soda and salt, then fold in the flour until just combined. Fold in the nuts.
BakePour into the pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Tent with foil if it browns too fast.
CoolCool in the pan 10 minutes, then on a rack before slicing.
